Dear Mr. Bleach, May I introduce myself? My name is Dava Harrington Funke and I am the granddaughter of William Culberson Watts. I recently found your web pages concerning my Grandfather's book. You noted that you had no other information regarding him, other than what was mentioned in the first few pages of his book. May I offer a small bit of information? He passed away on December 14, 1973, in Taylorsville, North Carolina. He worked for over 40 years on the information contained in this book. I do not remember exactly when the book was published, but it was in the 1960's. My place in his book is noted on page 195 as the daughter of David Harrington and his youngest daughter, Opal Watts. Upon the passing of my Grandfather in 1973, my Mother took over his library, papers and works, and has continued until this day with genealogy and family history.
