I don't know anything about W.C. WATTS, other than what he mentions in the first couple of pages about himself. There is unfortunately NO source code for this book. So far, I am guessing that this book was printed in 1966 or close to it because of dates found within.

I haven't a clue as to when I'll be finished with this project, but I will get it done eventually! Feel free to check out this site every once in a while (once a YEAR) and monitor the progress. It will probably take me quite a while to finish as there are a total of 355 pages that I have to scan.
